Fight Like a Girl- Womens Biblical Counseling
Why “Fight Like a Girl”?
God’s Word is full of truth about women and for women who put their trust in God for every challenge and provision in their lives. Even though cultures and traditions have radically changed throughout history, the hearts of women have remained the same since Creation. God has placed an innate desire in us to love and nurture others, stand up for what is right, give a voice to those silenced by oppression, and live our lives with purpose and intentionality. As the need for women warriors increases in our world, our ability to answer this call becomes increasingly difficult. We are bombarded with unrealistic expectations of both our time and resources, less than godly world views by those around us, and a culture and enemy bent on destroying our children and marriages.
Self-help books and counseling can be of some value, but the Bible has our best and only lasting answers to every issue of our hearts and minds as women. (And, men…but, I’m writing to women here). Biblical Counseling for women examines scripture as the ultimate resource to, first, know God, and as a result, see ourselves for who we really are. This is where our true Hope lives for every struggle, every joy as women! I invite you to join me to “Fight Like a Girl!”
